Get stronger, fitter and more mobile and join a supportive group of lovely local ladies at the PT-led, Strength Camp classes.  Suitable for all ages and experience levels.

Classes run 8.30-9.30am on Wednesdays, Fridays & Sundays in Bramley / Wonersh.

Autumn Term 2025 – venues, dates, times & prices:

Wednesdays – 8.30-9.30am – Bramley Village Hall

Strength Camp – Whole Body Strength

Spring Term 2026 dates – 11 week term (EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT PRICE £192.50 – available until 26/12/25):

  • 7th, 14th, 21st & 28th Jan, 4th, 11th & 25th Feb, 4th, 11th, 18th & 25th March
  • NO session 18th Feb for half term.

 

Fridays – 8.30-9.30am – Wonersh Memorial Hall

Strength Camp – Cardio, Core & Functional Strength Movements

Spring Term 2026 dates – 10 week term (EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT PRICE £175 – available until 26/12/25):

  • 9th, 16th, 23rd & 30th Jan, 6th, 13th & 27th Feb, 6th, 13th & 20th March.
  • NO session 20th Feb for half term.

 

Sundays – 8.30-9.30am – St Catherines School, Sports Hall (*except where mentioned)

Information about the Strength Camp classes:

Please bring your own:

  • exercise mat
  • water bottle
  • 1 set of small dumbbells (I suggest 2-4Kgs)

 

You’ll be getting expert PT coaching from multi-award-winning Personal Trainer, Lucinda Newman-Jones.

We will be using: Body weight, Resistance bands, Mini loop bands, Benches, Sliders and Handheld dumbbells throughout the expertly programmed class.

The class is specifically designed for you to: build muscle and strength, get fitter, become more mobile, connect more effectively to muscles, improve posture and improve core strength & stability.

What is a “Strength Camp”:

Similar to a “bootcamp” but with a focus on building strength and therefore lean muscle tissue.  You will be expertly coached through low-impact, strengthening exercises.

This will be exercise that supports you, strengthens you and builds you up, whereas traditional bootcamp classes seek to beast you and break you!  We need less high impact cortisol-raising hiit-style-cardio in our lives and more low impact, appropriately challenging strength exercise.

Her Strength’s Strength Camp will provide expert coaching to help you build stronger muscles, denser bones, well supported joints, move more functionally, become more mobile and ‘tone up’ / ‘sculpt’ the body.  The strength training will also support any other sport or running you may do with all-important strength!

There’s less beasting yourself with burpees,  shuttle runs & star jumps and more low-impact strength exercises like squats, lunges, hinges, pushes, pulls, raises, presses, planks and core work.

This is what you need more of.   This is what works.

Termly booking – this is not a pay-as-you-go class.

Class members book termly, this helps them benefit from doing the activity regularly and routinely:  To up-skill, to build strength & stamina and to progress week-by-week.  You absolutely deserve to commit to yourself and your strength training to reap all the benefits.
