All about the challenge
- Helping you get fitter, stronger & more mobile so you can feel energetic & confident.
- 5 x unique on-demand workouts each week
- The workouts are approx 30-45mins. Each workout video includes a short intro talk, a warm up & cool down stretches.
- Simply click play and follow along in real time – reducing that decision fatigue.
- Balanced structure throughout the week.
- Weekly workout structure is 3 x whole body workouts (45mins), 1 x abs/core workout (30mins) and 1 x cardio conditioning workout (30mins).
- Gradually building week on week so you keep progressing.
- We work through 5 weeks, then week 6 is a “catch up week”, we then work through another 5 weeks, then week 12 is another “catch up week”.
- Flexibility for you to swap/skip/repeat workouts if you want – so although it’s structured, it’s flexible too.
- All exercises are in real time and expertly coached throughout.
- I coach and demonstrate throughout each and every exercise explaining to you – technique, alignment, muscular recruitment, core engagement, pelvic/lumbar stability, range of motion, what we’re aiming to feel, troubleshooting common mistakes. (It’s as close to a PT in the room as you can get!)
- Workouts based on mainly low-impact strengthening exercises to help you build strength & muscle tone, don’t worry – you’ll get the cardio challenge too – where there is the odd higher impact exercise I give a low impact option.
- I provide exercise options where applicable (progressions and regressions) so you can choose the options most appropriate to you.
- Only 3 items of equipment needed: dumbbells, mini loop resistance band, fitness step (can use sturdy chair / bench / coffee table / footstool / side of sofa etc).
- Coach support – I am on hand as your online PT for any questions, support, accountability or encouragement if you want to reach out by email or Instagram DM.
- Timetable and progress tracker to help you get a birds eye view from the get-go, and helps you stay accountable.
