As a busy mum-of-3 and PT with 15+ years experience I’ve created a fitness membership tailored to fellow busy women to help you overcome the barriers which stop you staying consistent with your workouts and getting lasting results.
I’ll help you carve out a realistic and achievable training schedule. I’ve programmed your workouts to be effective and enjoyable. I give you all the positive encouragement and expert PT coaching to help you stay motivated and exercise safely. And I’ve ensured you can get it done from home with minimal time and equipment.

FAQs
The 28day challenge is suitable for all experience levels from beginners to experienced exercisers.
The strength workouts are built around staple exercises of strength training and the exercises are scaleable so you can adjust them to suit your body e.g. a squat can be made easier by not going so low / a press up can be done on the knees to make it easier. Options of easier and harder progressions of the exercise are given where appropriate.
The more cardio-style workouts are scaleable simply by working to a pace suitable for you. Where there are high-impact exercises, low impact options are given.
There is a big focus on technique, core engagement, posture and how to execute each exercise correctly and safely – so it’s great for beginners to learn proper technique.
All the workouts can be followed with 3 items of equipment:
- Set of dumbbells – start with what you have and go from there – you may want to increase your weights over time as you get stronger and invest in a heavier set of dumbbells, but don’t let that stop you from starting. Start with what you have – it could even be water bottles or tin cans.
- Mini loop resistance band – if you don’t have this, you can follow the workouts without the band and work on strong connection to the muscles as you move. If you have a long band, could you tie it to make a smaller loop?
- Something to be your fitness step/bench. If you don’t have a fitness step/bench you can use the side of a sturdy coffee table, footstool, sofa, dining chair etc.
Either. You can follow along from home or the gym. All you need is internet connection, the items of equipment listed on the workout description and the space of an exercise mat.
You can follow from home or garden or set yourself up in a space at the gym and gather the items of equipment you need, so you have them to hand, and follow from there.
Yes you can follow the on-demand workouts of this challenge anytime, anywhere. The challenge is not time limited and there is no set ‘start-date’.
Once you sign up, you get unlimited access to the workouts of the challenge so you can follow along to the structure and suggested timetable of the challenge.
You also have flexibility to swap/skip or repeat workouts – or take longer than 28days to work through the challenge if you want to.
Most of the workouts are approximately 30minutes – they may be a few minutes shorter or a few minutes longer than 30minutes. The duration is written on each workout video.
This duration includes a brief welcome/introduction, the warm up, the workout and relevant post-workout cool-down stretches.
There is one workout which is 45mins as an extra challenge in week 3, and two workouts in week 4 which are 38mins.
The 28day challenge is included within the Her Strength Membership, which starts with a 7day free trial. To sign up, you go through the checkout process – no money is taken until the free trial period ends, so if you cancel during this period there is no charge.
The first subscription payment is taken when the 7day free trial ends.
If you’ve signed up with the monthly option this is £34.99 per month. You can cancel anytime so you can choose to stay only for one month at the cost of £34.99, or continue with your subscription if you’d like to.
If you’ve signed up with the annual option, this is £349 billed once annually which gives you access for the whole year.
Please note subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period at the price of the payment plan in place at the date when you first signed up, unless cancelled.
Due to the nature of it being a digital product that you have complete and unlimited access to from the date of purchase, we do not provide refunds, but you are able to cancel.
If you are on the monthly membership you can cancel your subscription at any time via the ‘subscriptions’ area of your Her Strength account to stop the next payment being taken at the end of the billing period.
If you are on the annual subscription membership, your subscription payment will be debited once, annually – once this has occurred a refund or any partial refund will not be given. But you can cancel at anytime prior to the next annual payment being taken via the ‘subscriptions’ area of your Her Strength account.

I love the fact there is such a wide range of workouts to choose from and you can always find something to fit in with the time you have/ the style of workout you want to do. I can highly recommend Lucy’s Her Strength fitness platform. I’d been using another fitness platform for some time, so it took me a little while to decide to switch: I haven’t looked back! There are a huge number of workouts to choose from and they’re continually added to. Plus, Lucy’s encouragement and tips to make the particular exercises as effective as possible are exactly what you need when working out at home.
Personally, I particularly like the structured courses. I love that I don’t have to think about which workout to do that day and whether I’ve covered all the right muscle groups throughout the week. I tend to do a course during term time, but then I know I have a variety of workouts that I can dip into during the busier holidays when I don’t necessarily have as much time. I’ve even managed to do some of the 10 min blitz/no equipment workouts while away!
I can definitely feel a difference to my strength levels and I feel more confident as a result. My physio has also commented on how she can see a change in the strength in my back (which in turn has helped with neck pain). If this wasn’t enough, I was diagnosed with osteopenia over ten years ago. My recent bone density scan came back as normal for the first time since my diagnosis.
